the rates not being advertised I am not sure what she is referring to the price for an 8x10 unit like she has is listed at $61.00 a month and that is without insurance on our website https://www.1stamericanstorage.com/self-storage/bear-valley-self-storage/ which means that she is still paying below our standard rate.
