Review: We paid Bear Witness to try to reclaim some money from and individual who sold us a counterfeit item. We paid them $1,000 as a desposit.
The end result was they stopped by the address we gave them two times, the point of contact was not home, and they stopped working on the case.
It cost us $1,000 to stop by a house two times and speak to nobody.Desired Settlement: Originally I wanted them to use the remaining money to complete the investigation, but at this point I would like a reasonable refunded amount.
