Thank you for going through the proper channels to try and resolve the issue There are a few things that we should discuss first to help better understand the issue at hand The complaint isn't very clear about what the issues are Can you provide a list of the problems
including pictures so that I can address them properly The complaint also states that you hired a plumber to come fix the issues in question and that he had to make three trips himself Please provide the name of the company hired and an explanation as to why the plumber had to make multiple trips and what repairs were made as well as a list of material used The complaint says that there were issues with communication Can you provide me with the phone numbers that were used to contact me so that I can verify my phone records I can recall at least two numbers that were used I would like to address these issues one at a time so that there is no confusion on either side and to resolve this matter in timely manner

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The seams and the caulking for the tub surround were not applied correctly and will have to be replaced, which Chris was aware of in December.  The back part of the surround is not attached to the wall,  The door frame has a huge crack in in.  The bathroom door sticks when you try to open or close it.  The toilet pipe downstairs is not up to code.  [redacted] plumbing came out to fix the leak at the shower head and the drain, he had to return again when the drain downstairs began to leak and the third time was when the drain in the tub had to be repaired, because of these leaks, the carpet downstairs was damaged.  It was at this time he took all the pipes apart and resealed everything and put it back correctly.  Chris had already returned several times to fix other issues.Regards,
