Beard Bud

I placed two orders for this product in June. On June 17th I received a notice stating the items had shipped. Since then the tracking number I received states waiting for package from facility. I have sent 4 emails inquiring about my orders with no response from the company. They do not have a phone number to call directly so email is the only way to contact them. I would either like my products or the return of my money.

I placed my order on 6/11/2020. I received a text on 6/19/2020 saying my order had been shipped. I’ve emailed them twice now with no response. I talked with USPS today and they said the business made a shipping label but has yet to ship it out. Beard Bud is a Scam!

Ordered product on May 10th 2020. Clearly states product will ship within 7-10 business days. Never received shipping confirmation or product. Sent 3 emails to inquire about my order and never got a response.

I ordered the item online, waited about 2 weeks for the item to finally arrive. When I checked the status it said it was delivered but when I clicked on it, it was delivered to California. I was confused so I watched our cameras at our house and we had nothing delivered that day. I emailed them with the order number and after a couple days and three tries someone finally emails me back on 5/12/20. I have. Ow sent 5 replies trying to get someone to help me and no one emails me back. I just want my money back and I want to be able to talk to someone.

Never received the item. Never received correspondence from Beard Bud.
After feeling like this may have been a scam I read a lot on the website. The refund policy information was a dead give away. Complete scam

I purchased a product from. Beard-bud before really reviewing the website itself. They have no phone number and I have contacted their email multiple times for a refund with no response and an email 5 days after purchase and that I could track my shipment from an app I've never seen and a company that I have never heard of. The product I purchased for 30 dollars is also all over the internet as a Chinese product that does not work. I believe I have been scammed and want my money back but they refuse to respond to me.
