she was signing. Attached you will find her agreement filled out in full with Anytime Fitness. It is during this process that we sit down with the client, they fill out the top portion with basic information, and then we go into the membership term process. It is here where we pull out our binder and specifically explain and show on paper our two options of memberships to all our clients. They have 1 of 2 options for signing up, they can either sign up for a 12 month agreement, or a 24 month agreement. In no way do we sell this as a month to month agreement. Reason being it gets explained below, they have the option to initial the "month-to-month" renewal option. It is here then where we explain that following your "1 year, or 2 year term" you have the option to go month-to-month and get locked in at the current rate at which he or she will be paying. Other than that option, there is no other time that we mention anything about month to month options. When the options are presented for memberships to our clients, it's specifically asked if they are interested in the 12 month option, or the 24 month option. We sell all our memberships as a 1 year or 2 year option. When Jaclyn came in and requested to cancel, her account was looked up and it was seen that she is still currently in agreement. She was prompted that we have a no cancellation policy while in agreement. It was shortly after that conversation, that a complaint was made with the Revdex.com. She is merely just trying to use this as an option to get out of an agreement that she previously signed with Anytime Fitness. Before any client leaves our facility with a membership, he or she fully knows whether they signed up for a 12 month agreement or a 24 month agreement.
