On February 07, 2020 I ordered and paid $22.99 for a t-shirt from Beard Ninja. As of today, I have not received anything from Shayne H of Beard Ninja. I contacted him on 08/13/2020 and was told that my order was processing and should be receiving and shipment confirmation and tracking number when the order is in route.
On February 14, 2020 I reached out for information regarding the t-shirt order. There was no response. On February 26th and on the 28th, I inquired again regarding my order. On both of those dates I received no response. I attempted to contact him through messenger on 02/26/2020, 02/27/2020, and 02/29/2020 and received no reply. On March 01, 2020 I attempted to call and the number off the facebook page went directly to a fax machine.
I refunded this back in March, the shirt was factory direct & had not shipped yet at that time, I spoke with the customer multiple times through email about the product delay
