I want the remainder part of what the warranty will not cover. The cost is 4000.00 and the warranty place will only cover up to 3000.00I bought this vehicle from you with all problems. At the time of purchase the vehicle had no known mechanical defaults. The customer had the option before purchase to carry the vehicle to a mechanic of their choosing for evaluation. A buyer's guide stating that the vehicle was being purchased "As Is - No Warranty" was signed and dated by this customer at the time of purchase. This buyer's guide informs the customer that our dealership implies no warranty for the vehicle. A copy of the buyer's guide signed by the customer has been attached for your viewing. Their signature has been removed to protect their identity. The customer chose to purchase a warranty for the vehicle through [redacted]. The warranty the customer purchased through [redacted] shows coverage for the mechanical issues the vehicle is allegedly having. If [redacted] is not covering the full cost of the repairs, the fault lies with them. Our dealership assumes no responsibility for the vehicle after a customer takes possession if that customer purchases the vehicle "As Is - No Warranty."Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)First and foremost u sold us the vehicle that had mechanical issues. The warranty you are selling only covers up to 3000.00 it should be your responsibility to handle the rest. If you can live with how you do people that is on you. If I was in the position with a customer I would do what I could to help them and no that is not what u have done. I won't be buying another vehicle from you and I will make sure to tell everyone how u are so that your business hopefully declines. All this could be resolved if u would help out with the cost of the repairs that I am out.
