Beard's Septic Service

Called (7/12/2022) and paid via the phone the same day for a porta potty rental for a family event. Less then a day before the drop off, on July 21st, (actually at the end of the business day), received notice that my order was never logged into their system and they were canceling on me. Horrible to do that to a paid customer. Did not give me time to find another porta potty rental company. They called late Thursday. Drop off for all companies is Friday for a weekend rental. Plus, it is Summer. What company would we be able to find for a busy summer weekend.
Their office's response was extremely lackadaisical in their response when called back about this horrible treatment. Basically, oh well. Move on. Definitely not acceptable and illustrates this company's poor business practices.
Be leary of doing business with such a company. They proved unreliable and very callous in their customer service!

I took the pump apart and looked at it and showed it to him and before I went any further I told him I would repair the pump for $200. I did repair the pump, but the issue may be the septic tank. I don’t necessarily do that service as I am not a technician for that work. I have been looking into it...

just as a courtesy to the customer. I am planning on coming over today 9/30 to take another look at it and try to make a few adjustments. All they have paid me to do is rebuild their pump, which I did and it is working properly. As far as the red light, there could be other issues causing it. I have taken the time to call multiple professionals to get an idea of what the issue could be. I have been very busy lately and I have been trying to help them with the issue, but the work they paid me for has been done and done properly.
