Beard's Tree Service trespassed and damaged my property, blocked my driveway for hours, was rude to my wife,used profane language and threatened me.Beard's Tree Service was hired to by my neighbor to remove trees from their yard. Beard's brought several vehicles including a large truck and chipper. They blocked access to my driveway. When my wife asked a Beard's employee to move the truck so that she could get into her driveway, the employee said "no comprendo, no have English" and refused to move the vehicle. She called Beard's at 3:00 but was only able to leave a message. She was greatly inconvenienced by being blocked from the driveway and therefore the garage. She had to make a minor but urgent repair to the car, and instead of working in the shade of the garage she had to crawl under her car on the asphalt of our cul-de-sac in 90+ degree heat. Beard's employee who claimed not to speak English just watched her.Beard's also used my yard without even asking permission. They left ruts and debris in my lawn.I left another message and Beard's did return my call. Mr. Beard would not have a reasonable conversation. He did apologize but I told him an apology was insufficient: he had trespassed and damaged my property. Granted, the damage is minor, but they trespassed, prevented our peaceful enjoyment by blocking our driveway, all without offering any simple courtesies. Mr. Beard was rude, resorting to profanities, insults and a challenge to come over here and beat me up. Desired SettlementI do not want Mr. Beard or any of his employees on my property, but I do want the damage repaired. While working at his neighbors house, Mr. [redacted] came out of his house and started screaming and yelling at our foreman. The foreman apologized and tried to find out what the problem was and offer a solution. He called our crew names such as dirty mexicans as well as other profanities. He was the one who threatened our foreman and left a message on our voicemail that we would be happy for someone to review. The driveways were not blocked and the [redacted]'s were about to get in and out of their driveway. Also the only threats and profanities used and made were Mr. [redacted]'s to our company and employees. We would be happy to have our customers and their neighbors tell of their experiences which are the opposite of what Mr. [redacted] claimsConsumer Response The only true statement that Beard's Tree Service made in response to my complaint is that I was not the customer and they did the job next door. The rest of their statement is pure fabricated nonsense and they are liars.Beard's LIE #1: "Mr. [redacted] came out of his house and started screaming and yelling at our foreman."Facts: Mr. [redacted] was never home when Beard's crew was working and has never spoken face to face with any Beard's employee. Mrs. [redacted] did come home while the job was in progress and spoke to a laborer.Beard's LIE #2: "The foreman apologized and tried to find out what the problem was"Facts: Mrs. [redacted] asked the laborer to move Beard's truck so that she could enter her driveway and the laborer refused. When she asked to speak to the foreman the laborer pretended he did not speak English. AT NO TIME DID ANY FOREMAN SPEAK TO MRS. [redacted]; the cowardly man she thought was in charge started to approach but turned away without speaking to her. Beard's LIE #3: "He called our crew names such as dirty mexicans as well as other profanities." Fact: Mr. [redacted] did leave a phone message complaining to Beard's about their trespassing and damage to [redacted] property. In that message and a subsequent phone conversation with a Beards employee Mr. [redacted] asked if the laborers were illegal Mexicans. If the word 'dirty' was used it was because Beards employees left trash in my yard and the street, not because they are Mexicans. Beard's LIE #4: "He was the one who threatened our foreman."Fact: long after Beard's had left the job Mr. [redacted] left a phone message and eventually spoke to a Beards employee by phone. Mr. [redacted] made no threats but did clearly advise the Beards employee against further trespass by Beards personnel on [redacted] property, and did warn that such trespassers would be bodily removed from the premises. Beards LIE #5: "The driveways were not blocked." Fact: Mrs. [redacted] did not have free access to her driveway and Beards refused to move their truck/chipper rig to restore her access. She had to make an urgent repair to her car and was forced to do this out in the cul-de-sac in the hot sun rather than the comfort of her garage. She would never do such a thing if she was not blocked out of the driveway. Beards employees just watched her crawl under the car.Beards LIE #5: "the only threats and profanities used and made were Mr. [redacted]'s to our company and employees."Fact: Mr. [redacted] only spoke to one Beards employee, and that was by telephone. That one Beards employee used many profanities and challenged Mr. [redacted] to a fight.Now, in conclusion, I must reiterate that I was not at home when Beards was working next door and I have never seen or met any Beards Tree Service employee in person. I had one phone conversation with one employee. Given the number of lies provided by Beards in response to my complaint Beards Tree Service cannot be an honest company. I have pictures of the damage done to my property by Beards Tree Service. I have already cleaned up their trash but I want the damage to my lawn fixed as a matter of principle: Beards trespassed upon and damaged my property.

Complained about service and was verbally abused by ownerCompany contracted to remove one tree and trim 4 others. Completed work but left 3 large holes in my yard. When I responded to an email seeking payment that I was unhappy with this the owner came to my home unannounced. He yelled at me and told me to "[redacted]' and called me an '[redacted].".
