Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like the tent to be repaired but I don't see a way of you doing that without making a completely new tent As I stated before my problem is with the overall craftsmanship of the product If I were to send the tent back I don't see it as fair for me to pay for any of the shipping charges If you would like me to take high quality pictures of the product and my discrepancies I can do so at work but that wouldn't be until next Tuesday Regards, [redacted]

Like I said in the previous email and emails, if there is a problem with the workmanship or materials as per our policies, we will repair any defects in the product

The customer ordered a custom net tent from us.  We shipped out a product that met all of his detail requests.  Unfortunately, he decided he didn't want the product and he is trying to make us refund his money by using threats, nasty emails and any other way that he can imagine.  He...

has called us scram artist and many other names in emails.    We tried to work with him and said that if there was anything wrong with the quality of the product we would fix those problems.    The product was a item that met all of our quality checks.  We make over 400 net tent in a year and they follow the same quality check.  This is a quality item that met all of his design requirements.  We do not give refunds on custom products.

I am rejecting this response because:I want the product.  I just want a quality product.  The business never tried to work with me.  They never once offered any help or to fix any problems.  I have copies of all the emails.  And yes I might of gotten upset and said some things that didn't need to be said but when you pay almost $200 for something and receive an inferior product it starts to feel like a scam.  I have no interest in having them fix the item. Why would I want the same business who sent me an inferior product to then "fix" it for me.  I have emails and pictures to provide if necessary.
