Possible Knockoff
I purchased a pair of Bearpaw slippers from bearpaw.com and they did not fit as the current pair of Bearpaw slippers I owned. Even though I ordered the same size I currently owned which was a size up from my regular size, they still fit a bit snug. When I contacted them to inform them of this ill fit and that I would be returning them, Bryan informed me that instead of issuing me my full refund, they deducted the free shipping charge from my refund, and said the shipping charge was no longer free because the slippers were under $49, and the free shipping was due to a discount. The discount no longer applied since I was returning them. This false advertising and reversal of an agreement is unacceptable. Not only did they deduct the free shipping charges to ship the slippers to me, I had to spend expensive gas money to drive to one of their shipping partners to drop the slippers off. This merchant is unbelievable, and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. My thought is the slippers they are selling are knockoffs, because the current pair of Bearpaw slippers I own, which is the same size I ordered from bearpaw.com, fits me comfortably with room to spear, where theirs were snug on my feet.

Crooked Labels
Purchased 2 pairs of Emma boots, one short and one tall. Received and labels are visibly crooked. Not cool. I would prefer to spend more money and have better quality product. Please stop sending work to China. Pay livable wages to American workers and sell a quality made product. I have seen Bearpaw boots at other retail stores and just about every single pair had stitching or glue problems. Where is the quality control? Also HATE the new soles, they are hard and have zero traction. The boot runs very small. Even a whole size up has no extra toe room. Not enough wool inside to make this boot comfortable.

I don't understand why they don't check the appearance before selling
I am writing because I got a pair of Bearpaw boots and of course I have to be the person to get the one with the crooked back label and worn fur on the seam. The worst part is, these were not for me, it was for someone who really has difficulty buying things and it was for someone I am helping take care of. Bearpaw is telling me to return them to the store or online during COVID. I will do just that, but I won't purchase another Bearpaw product again. Its a disgrace that they don't check the items before putting them in the box. I got them on clearance, but that doesn't give them the right to send out something with a visibly crooked label which is neon rainbow and the boot is neutral. The person I got these for already sticks out like a sore thumb, we don't need another thing to be annoyed about on the street. "Your label is crooked, haha." kind of thing. The other ones have a hard plastic shell on the toe. We are lucky we bought them one size too big, or that plastic shell on the toes would surely cause someone pain with lack of flexibility. Its just a huge hassle.

This email is to let you know that I am completely dissatisfied with every aspect of my dealing with your company. First of all, it takes you over 5 days to respond to a simple email. you advertised a subscribe and save 10% off, I tried to do that severally and never received that email till date. I finally place an order that gets cancelled after 6 days because the item is not available...when I am literally looking at that item still showing as available on your website.
This is completely unacceptable and definitely not the way to treat customers in this day and age. Whichever company is in charge of your customer service and web hosting is doing a very bad job of it.

That being said, refunding me is not enough. seeing how long it took for my order to be cancelled and how horrible your customer service has been, I demand to be compensated for the delay and trouble your company has put me through.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Bought new pair of Brock mid hiker. After 4 months frt of shoe upper an sole came unglued. I went to customer service website an filed a complaint with pictures. They responded several days later with an approval for under warranty replacements..I picked same shoes to be fair but was told they were no longer available. At their request picked out another pair. They sent me a receipt saying shoes would be shipped but an email would be sent advising of shipment date..after 1 month of waiting called customer service..was told the shipment had not arrived from China to call back in 6 weeks..I did an was told they were backordered an they usually did not order enough cause bearpaw Did not know what would sell an what would not..I was told to call back on 26th of November (6 weeks later) an this Monday I will call because I have still NOT received an email of their shipment..after 3 months of dealing with bearpaw customer service..I still DO NOT have the warranty replacement shoes..it seems bearpaw warranty means..the run around or possibly..its in the mail..I won't buy bearpaw again..would you?

This persons credit card was used fraudulently on our website for a web order. It came into our system and we cancelled the order because through audits we determined that it was a fraud order. We did a reversal  of authorization on the credit card/debit card involved immediately and we have...

not charged this person anything.

I am rejecting this response because:  i did let it known they dont keep your feet warm also when I spoke to some others. If you all can't live up to you products or customer service I dont know what else to say. I emailed several times about having a hard time affording to return the boots in the first place nobody ever remsponded to that. Once I got the second pair is when I started the problem with them not keeping my feet warm.

Customer submitted a warranty claim for the boots her husband purchased for her, on 11/25/2015, which we approved and sent her a new pair of boots out to replace the ones that she was complaining about. The replacement boots shipped on 12-8-2015 and were confirmed as delivered to her via US POSTAL...

SERVICE on 12-16-2015. The complaint she submitted however, did not state anything about the comfort or warmth not living up to customer's expectations. (I have pasted below what customer submitted as her reason for submitting the warranty claim) She stated that she sprayed the boots with a stain/water repellent and it caused spots all over them, we did not see any damage in photo she emailed us, so we requested the boots be sent back, this upset her. We actually ended up replacing the boots for her anyway under warranty. Please let us know if you need us to do anything further. Thank you for you time, we can submit photo that customer submitted to us if necessary.[redacted]Customer Service ManagerBearpaw E-CommerceCustomer Notes on Warranty Claim submitte: "These were a gift from my husband and I cannot find the receipt. My first pair of Bearpaw boots. Never thought cleaning them that they'd fade."

Review: I ordered some boots for my wife on 12/25/13 then they sent an email saying they went on back order 1/7/14 then again on 1/9/14 I initially emailed them on 1/5 to complain they never responded so I followed up with a call they said the boots are on back order they would email when they were going to ship them. 1/11 they sent an email it's ready to be shipped I should receive them in 2 business days, which I didn't. I emailed them twice after that to complain that I still hadn't got my wifes boots once on 1/16 1/19. Finally talked to someone on 1/21 and they said if they hadn't came in by 1/24 to let them know and they would ship out new ones. They came today but they were damaged one boot had a hole in them both shoes you can see the glue at the sole they are suppose to be completely black but you can see the white glue they used to glue the sole to the boot there some stitching coming out the boots are totally defective. As you can see with the above shipping issues they have a history of poor customer service. And currently they are not being responsive or trying to resolve the issue with me.

Review: bearpaw claims their boots keep your feet warm. Well i've had two pair and both pair never did keep my feet warm. I even wear two pair of socks and my feet are still cold. To me their false advertising and high pricing for products that don't do what is advertised. Thank you for reading my complaintdesired settlement: refund i'd like a refund of boots that ive had issues with. Regardless of what they claim
