Dear *** ***, I would first like to apologize for any confusion there may be regarding your detail service and missing braceletWe have done a full investigation on this matterWe have also included you and communicated with you every step of the wayWe have a little confusion
about this issue.The day of your detail, you left our facility and returned shortly after stating "you have a thief, someone stole my bracelet." At this point we looked in your vehicle, we looked through the shop, we questioned the employeesYou asked them to empty their pockets and they didYou frisked the employees pockets yourselfWe mentioned to you that we would continue an investigation for youThe staff member that worked on the inside of your vehicle said he never saw a bracelet at allWe asked to look through the plastic bags that we put all belongings in and there were two missing bagsWe mentioned there were a couple bags missing and you replied I left them at home, the bracelet is not in them. Moving on, you mentioned you are calling the PoliceThe manager said that would be fine but not sure if they would do anything for usOur employee asked us to call the police and they could question all involvedOur staff member has been with us for many yearsHe has come across valuables dailyThe see cash, video games, jewelry, weapons, you name it, we see itWe have employees with integrity and they have to call the police so that we may document the information and accusationYou said "no, you do not need to do that."We have done everything possible to assist you in this matterPlease feel free to reach out to us if we can do anything further

We do apologize that you feel we have scratched your
windows during your service at Bears. I would just like to let you know we did
not scratch your windows we also have it on video tape as we offered to let you
watch...

the video and you declined. You further had told us that we put dirt at
the edges of your windows and then rolled them down to intentionally scratch
windows. It is very important that you understand we do not put dirt onto the
vehicles and we do not roll windows down to wash a vehicle. We also do not
intentionally try to damage anyone's vehicle. Why would we do this?
The staff
at Bears was very professional and friendly in dealing with your concerns and we
handled this very professionally. We also did give you the service that you
paid for and we do decline giving you a refund. We also did not damage your
vehicle and will not pay for your window tint.

As most owners of expensive cars, I know the precise state of my vehicle when I leave it in the hands of others. While you say you didn't damage it, it wasn't damaged when I dropped it off. You also state you don't roll the windows up/down, but I have photos of 2 other cars that underwent the same service and both have the windows down 3-4", presumably because of the high heat that day. This would explain the dust line that was mid-way down the window that I pointed out when discussing the damage. Knocking debris into the window during cleaning and then rolling the window down 3-4" because of the heat would cause the damage that occurred. Additionally, the wheels of my car were not cleaned. We pointed this out while discussing the damage and you admitted they were not clean and sent someone over to try and wipe them. So, I paid $100 to have damage done to my car and for service that was apparently not rendered in full since my wheels were virtually untouched. As professed to you while on site discussing the issues with you, we have audio and video pointing out the lack of cleanliness to you and your staff and you stating you should clean the dirty wheels and sending someone over to do so.
Since you refuse to acknowledge that you damaged my car and didn't provide the services paid for (dust lines on the windows and dirty wheels), in addition to the Revdex.com, I have contacted [redacted] posted on Yelp, contacted all local news stations and I have contacted all of the local car clubs of which there are many. You can guarantee those with expensive cars will not trust their vehicles to your staff, espcially with the lack of accountability for the damage and for the lack of cleaning.

Again ma'am, you may come down and speak to the glass experts if you like. The scratches you are referring to go up and down the window vertically. This is caused by rolling down the window several times, not one day. Also all windows are down approximately 2 inches so that the vehicles inside may dry out. There is not one other customer with your complaint as you pointed out we are doing the same things to ALL CARS.
It's unfortunate that you would like to make negative reviews. However, a business can not be continually insulted and attacked for something they are not responsible for. Your car and it's condition are not the result of a cleaning service. As you stated, we are doing the same thing to all vehicles, but nobody else has this issue.

At this point, we need to agree to disagree. I've made my claims, and you aren't taking any responsibility for the damage and lack of cleaning for services that cost over $100. We will simply part ways with my standing dissatisfaction.
