I drop my car off to them on January 24, The two ladies in the office is very rude and yells at me when I'm asking questions regarding the repair of my carThey first told me that my car was done, saying my engine had been repairedWhen I went up there the car haven't been touched
The repair man cursed me out because I asked for an ETA on the repair jobI'm constantly getting the run around on the phone and in person
I feel like my money has been taken and the business has no sense of urgency
They saying that each employee is the owner of the company each time I call us thereI paid them $without a resolution

Bad transmission
I bought a transmission from this company and it wasn't any goodI was told there was another transmission there that they would exchange it for but every time I call they give me the run aroundsThey have had my money for weeks now and I still don't have a transmissionI'm having to repay my mechanic to pull they no good transmission out plus having to pay $a week for transportation to get back & forth to workI've asked for my money back but they won't give it to me
