Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I need to have a few more estimates on the the landscaping and tree damageThis should be completed by November 13th Regards, [redacted]

After initial response to the resolution, the [redacted] and the company agreed to have the repair in the yard redoneWe had an excavation crew go out and address each of the [redacted] '' concernsWe replace all he piping that was install previously, we took out the edging, we leveled out the low spot, clean outs were installed to their satisfactionWe also pulled out a bush that they wanted to get rid ofAll areas were cleaned and the [redacted] ' were able to supervise the completion of work step by step, and any questioned they had were answeredThe tree that was damaged was taken care of by a tree company that the [redacted] ' called out and the bill was forwarded to our company was paid in fullAfter all was said and done, I made one more phone call to [redacted] to make sure she was satisfied with the work and the completion of the resolutionShe assured me she was very happy

*** ** *** *** *** ***,The other day I received an e-mail regarding this case, *** and the message stated that the issue has been resolved but the customer ( me) was still dissatisfiedI think I was supposed to write a response but could not figure out how and where to write it. I am satisfied with the work that was done to resolve this issue. If there is something more that I am to do to show that this is the case please let me know.*** ***

I have sent an email with a resolution proposal which stated that we would hire another excavation company to come out and remove what we have done and redo the repair allowing them to supervise step by step the repair to make sure they know it's done rightWe also would level out the low part of
the yard that was a concern to them and replace the metal edging that was destroyedThey replied with they will think about and get back to us in a couple of weeks
