HelloOn April 3rd, after several back and forth emails with customer service indicating he was unhappy, Mr [redacted] asked for a refund, stating, "Never mind I found the receiptIt was visaBut I can start the process I mean they're only dollars more than when I preordered." It is our unequivocal policy to immediately offer a full refund anytime prior to shipment, or days after, if a customer is not completely satisfied This policy can be found in our terms of service located by referenced hyper link below As is our policy, we immediately refunded Mr [redacted] 's full purchase price back to his original form of payment (as required by our credit card processing partner) As is industry standard, our credit card processor refunds to original form of payment, ensuring our customers are fully protected from an unrelated third party claiming their funds Per the terms of service of our credit card purchaser “If the card is expired or cancelled, the customer’s new card will be credited with the refundIn the rare case that the customer doesn’t have a new card, the bank will usually send the refund to the customer’s bank account.”In summary, and as evidenced by the attached refund receipt and credit card processing logs, Mr [redacted] was issued a full refund on April 3, at 2:37pm PDT three minutes after asking for the refund at 2:24pm PDT.As is best practice in a crowd funding pre order, and outlined in our FAQ, we ship customer orders our on a first come, first serve basis It may take up to three months to ship out our entire backlog of preorders.Beartooth FAQ: https://www.beartooth.comBeartooth Terms of Service: https://www.beartooth.com/termsStripe Issuing Refunds: https://support.stripe.com/questions/can-i-issue-a-refund-to-a-different-cardWe strive vigorously to achieve complete customer satisfaction with each and every customer We are sorry we were not a good fit for Mr [redacted] and genuinely hope our swift refund of his full purchase price will allow him to find the right gear to suit his needs.Beartooth Customer Success Team
