I am rejecting this response because: The original quote by the young man was moot because he sent me into talk with Joan, who quoted me $54.00/hr& in my estimation it should not have taken more than an hour to complete the job, but am allowing hrsto have it completed that dayI timed when he took the tank to the time he returned it & it was 2hrs.If they couldn't do the job or were to backed up they should have turned me away
We will not be issuing a refund of any sort to the consumer The original quote was for $200-$and we were right within the quote Customer asked if we could plastic weld his tank and we explained that we could He wanted it done the same day he dropped it off We pushed other jobs in order to accommodate him The time frame of dropping it off and starting repairs is irrelevant The time allotted on the invoice does not include time for setting up work area and cleaning up work area after repairs were completed He paid for a rush job and that is exactly what he got Customer was okay with the quote for $200-before we started repairs
