After reading Mr***s report we can say that he was inaccurateMr [redacted] called [redacted] Beas the General manager that morning asking where his vehicle was after he was advised to stay still until further investigation he decides to go to the dealership and Aggravate [redacted] Beas with complete lies *** very frustrated with his response asked him to leave bc what he was saying was not true bc if it were he would have not had his vehicle taken away [redacted] was really aggressive and asked [redacted] to step outside and Fight [redacted] knowing that [redacted] was just frustrated asked his to leave for the second time before he called the Cops he told him that we would go the legal route instead of violence [redacted] s girlfriend grabbed him and they left the vehicle was repossessed bc he did not make his payments we understand the frustration but Mr [redacted] needs to make his payments on time that's just how the credit system works in this countyMr [redacted] was given the opportunity to reestablish his credit witch he chose not to and continued in the same path as before

[redacted] has already Cashed his Check for $2, He had put approximately 2,miles on the truck during the time he had it and also did not return it with the tonneau cover, there was also other cosmetic damage to the truckWe gave [redacted] the opportunity to return the cover but he never didWe Finally sent out a check Certified Mail, but they ended up sending it back to us because they can not reach anyone at the address ( that was on the contract and also the one he listed on this complaint) [redacted] had turned off his phone and we looked for him at multiple locations, sent out letters, kept trying to call etc with no responseWe we're informed that he was terminated by his job and was under investigation and wanted for questioning by the [redacted] departmentI Could go on about the matter and have evidence to back up my claim, but the bottom line is [redacted] did not get a Contract Cancellation Option (Which he is claiming that's why he should get back $2,500.00) and even if he did get one they are only good for 48hrsand the miles can not go over miles of when first takenHe had the truck for approximately a monthSince he was fired for stealing the bank would not finance the dealAs the seller we have the right to cancel the deal if we cannot get it financed with a financial institution ( [redacted] also broke contract in that he signed paper after he knew he was fired)We got a quote of what it would cost to replace the tonneau cover alone and it came to $1,We feel we have been more then fair and generous as we did not subtract miles, time spent looking/ trying to locate him, money spent recondition the vehicle, and many other thingsAs I said I have documentation of this, but all the documentation you need is attached as [redacted] signed off and has cashed this check agreeing to its stipulations by cashing it If you need anything else or have any questions please feel free to ask-- Best Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] has already Cashed his Check for $2,000.00.

Review: [redacted]I purchased a 2008 [redacted] Accord exl coupe car from Beas Auto Sales in Stockton Ca. 3 days later the car was not drivable due to the right front axle needed to be replaced [redacted] who is the manager said he would pay for the part but not the labor because he wanted his mechanic to work on it. Why would I want his mechanic to work on it if he failed to notice or replace it at the beginning before the car was sold. On the 4th day my mechanic noticed the front right hub, right front wheel bearing also pressed on and pressed off needed to be replaced I told [redacted] and he wanted me to take the car to him which I was not comfortable with also I live an hour and 30 minutes away from the dealership and I had to have a car to get back-and-forth to work. I had the work done by my mechanic here in Hayward Ca. Texted [redacted] and told him the price and he told me he could not help me with anything. I ask him for at least half and he denied me. I know it's sold as is but literally three days after I bought the car I was without a car for almost a week which is not right. I will do anything in my means to get reimbursement for the work that was done and don't recommend this dealership at all. Beas Auto Sales in Stockton California manager name is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to get refunded for the labor and parts that I paid for out of my pocket for the repairs that were needed to the car 3 days after I purchased it a total of $434.00. $100. Was for labor of the right front axil ( [redacted] only supplied the axil) & $120.00 for parts ( right front hub, right front wheel bearing, pressed on & pressed off) also , $214.00 for the labor of the hub, wheel bearing and pressed on and off.

[redacted] had purchased her vehicle as-is no warranty. Oneof her family members brought the car the car back recently after the purchasesaying that the right front axle needed to be replaced. [redacted] wanted to have Beas Auto Sale's Tech check the car tomake sure that was the problem, but they refused and said no we know that's it.[redacted] Insisted that we take a look to make sure that was actually the issueand not something else, but they didn't want that. Beas Auto Sales purchasedthe part for them and was willing to put it on for free. At the time the techwas currently busy so we tried to set up a appointment, the car was stilldrivable at this time as it was driven to the dealership. They said they'd havetheir mechanic do it and that was fine they actually made the phone call infront of the Beas Staff and joked its one of those out the garage at his housemechanics we know. Being that this person is not licensed or insured to domechanical work in any way we could not legitimately support going that routeor paying for it. We were more thanhappy to fix it at no cost. We are not responsible if a wrong diagnosticwas made on the car, or the part was installed correctly. [redacted] claims ourmechanic missed this, but some problems cannot be seen or known about untilthey actually happen. If everything could be foreseen her "mechanic"would have known when he looked at the car what was wrong with it not install apart and still have the problem and now say it’s also something else. In [redacted]'sown words she says "Why would I want his mechanic to work on it if hefailed to notice or replace it" which if taken literally then her mechanicmissed it too and she wouldn't want him to work on it either. The price wasalso negotiated over the phone in front of Beas staff for $100.00 for theirmechanic to do it, they left very happy with the part and both parties believedit was fair. Beas Auto sale's prides itself in checking every car that comes in. Cars aremechanical items and some things just can't be foreseen by any mechanic unlessthe whole car was taken apart. I am rejecting this response because:I know you have to try to run your family business but unfortunately you guys don't know how. I know you all are related and I know which one you are, you were there when I purchased the car. And I know [redacted] is supposed to be the manager so I'm not sure why he is having you handle this when he has the upper hand and is the one that turned me down with any help that's why I went to the Revdex.com. Your Family car dealership locks professionalism and there is a lack of customer service. That's something you all really need to work on. That's what keeps customers coming back and getting referred to from previous customers. And stand behind what you sell. [redacted] never told me he was going to pay in full for anything and why you're saying you'll give me parts at a discounted rate are you insinuating that I'm going to be needing to take the car back for more problems? So your aware you sold me a lemon? Why else would you say that? That didn't make this issue look good on your side. That remark pretty much said it all. Review: I purchased a used vehicle with the assumption that it was properly serviced because the dealer told me that it had been serviced. Therefore I purchased the vehicle as is. Unfortunately that was not the case. Since the purchased that took place in July, 2014, I realized that there was not a spare tire when the right front tire blew out on the freeway. They told me that it had a spare tire but that was hard to believe because access is needed from the inside of the car in order to lower the tire down. They replaced the blown out tire, but I had to pay for it. The valves need to be adjusted and the back breaks needed replacement. The car loses coolant because a hose needs replacement. The dealer does not want to fix the service needs, although they said that the car was serviced before I bought it. I feel that this dealer was being deceptive in their practices to entice me into purchasing this vehicle. The customer service after the sale of this vehicle was terrible. Also, I paid cash for this vehicle in July and I just received the registration that is dated September 3rd. I have not yet received the title.Desired Settlement: I request that this dealer be contacted about their deception and that I be reimbursed for the tire and back breaks.

To whom it

may concern,

[redacted] purchased a 2000 Nissan Quest for $2,300 out the door (tax, registration,

doc fees all included) so the price of vehicle was really only $1,900. We took

this vehicle in as a trade, we told the customer to have the car checked buy a

3rd party, because we usually don't carry vehicles in that price range. The

only time we do is when they are taken in on trade and we advise all those

customers to take the vehicle to have it fully inspected. She refused to do so.

We offered her a warranty option and a cancellation option both of which she

refused. The car was purchased As-is and the customer left happy. At Beas Auto

Sales we strive to make every customer happy and are here for them. So when she

came back 2-weeks later with the car with a blown tire we we're happy to help

her out, but we are not at fault for anything she might have ran over such as a

nail during the operation of her vehicle. The tire was in good condition when

it left our Dealership. We took off the rims personally took it to a shop and

we asked her if she would like a new or used tire, she said used so we obtained

that for her had it put on the rim, balanced, and then we personally brought

the new tire with rim back to our dealership and put it on her car. The tire

cost to us was $25 which we charged her since running over nails or anything

for that matter has no affiliation with us. But we were still nice enough to do

all the labor for free (i.e. take off the rim, transport, fees for balancing

the rims with new tire, and putting it back on). She then came back

approximately two weeks later saying her check engine light was on. Our tech

drove the car there was no check engine light. We still did a free diagnostic

(usual cost $160 at any shop) check at and found no error codes, again at no

charge. She left, then we received a call approximately a week later saying she

hears a lifter noise that was told to by her father that she said was a

mechanic we asked if he was certified and she said no. So he is technically not

a mechanic and we have no idea what if any expertise he has to do with motor

vehicles. When she left the Diagnostic was fine, the car was a $1,900 car, we

advised her to have a third party check it out (which she didn’t, and she

purchased as-is.

Concerning

the service and spare tire the car left the Dealership with a spare tire. We do

not know what happened after that. It could have been stolen we have been

victims of that ourselves; just like people steal catalytic converters from

under cars, but we have multiple individuals that saw the car with the spare.

The vehicle was serviced to the extent of changing the oil, filter, and other fluids

etc. but not fully inspected that is why we told her to take it to a third

party as we do all our customers with trade-ins and vehicles in that price

range.

We are

still happy to help her recieve any discounts we may be able to get for her

because we are a dealership and gets parts at a discounted rate.

As for the

Tire we have gone beyond what we are required to by law and were happy to help

her out as we are all our customers, but getting a flat tire is not covered,

and the bottom line is nothing is since it was sold As-is, but we still charged

her no labor cost for changing and balancing the tire, we gave her our

discount. We also had our tech spend time with the vehicle driving it at no

cost and did a diagnostic again at no cost to her. We feel we have been very

helpful in everyway and if our customer service was so bad after the sale then

why did we do all these things? Any other Dealership would have simply said its

a $1,900 car what do you expect and it was sold as-is and told her to be on her

way, but we did not we still helped her more than once at no cost to her except

for the tire which cost her $25. We are sorry if she felt she was deceived in

any way we operate a honest family owned business. And as you can see from our

many review and testimonials we have money satisfied customers. We know what

other dealerships do for their customers and we go way beyond that and then

some and we are proud of that. We are happy to take care of our customers and

if she needs to purchase anything concerning that vehicle she is free to call

us and we can see if we can obtain that for her at our price.

Best

Regards,

Beas Auto Sales

I'm sorry you feel this way, but we have gone way beyond what we had to do to help you out on numerous occasions. I'm going to reply to any slander, or lies made on your behalf and just know we take slander very seriously here. I'm going to keep this short and simple you bought your vehicle as-is with no warranty and you have the option to purchase a warranty (there are many online sites that you can visit get one there). Just to touch a little bit on what you've been saying an claiming; It hasn't been 110 degrees here since I don't know exactly, but certainly not anytime recently. I hope you have a great day and we wish you the best. I also just want you to know that slander and defamation of character i.e. lies is illegal and legal action can be taken.
