Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The owner of the salon Bea is LYING. The bottom line is that there was too much hair in the sides and front of my hair and none in the top of my head. The only way that she could have made me happy was to redo my hair. she refused to do that and said that it would take her too long. She got very nasty and offended when I told her that I was not happy with my hair. She proceeded to curse at me. I sent her text messages showing her that there was no hair in the middle of my head and that it was unacceptable and that she should be ashamed of herself as a stylist. I DID leave her a bad review on [redacted] and [redacted] because other people need to know what type of business owner she is. My cousin did not curse at her once. She did tell her that she was going to be reported to the Revdex.com and also New York State because I did not see a license up in her salon. I called New York State and I was advised that she in fact does not have a license. There would be no reason for me to go through all of this for nothing. She did a horrible job on my hair which I could not tell when I left her salon because I cannot see the back of my head. I missed a full day of work on that Tuesday because I could not go to work with my hair in that condition. I had to take out the crochet braids and go elsewhere and pay again to have my hair done properly.
