***Document Attached [redacted] Sense filling this claim with Revdex.com I have received another bill with a second $late fee I paid for weekly trash service for months out of those months two was a once a month pickup and the other month I got out of pickupsWhen I went to monthly service I paid for and the 3rd was to be a makeup month for all the missed services which they didn't pick up that month If Beasley really followed through on picking up the following week when a pickup was missed, I wouldn't have a complaintBut to go a whole month was too much! I kept paying my statement amounts waiting for service to get straightened out but it got worseThe month they say I owe is the month that was to make up for all the missed services and don't feel it's fair to me the consumer to pay for a company's management issues 4-6-PdApril monthly fee of $to start serviceReceived service on Monday, April 4-23-PdMay monthly fee of $Received service on Monday's, May 4,and Tuesday, May 5-18-PdJune monthly fee of $Received service on Monday June 6-30-PdJuly monthly fee of $for monthly serviceReceived pickup on Monday, July After putting notes on statements about adjusting according to pickups I called on 7-17-and talked with owner about service issuesI was told he would pick up in August at no cost to me to compensate for bad serviceI was agreed to thisTold him I already had August check written and to credit it for September and he agreed 7-24-PdAugust monthly fee of $Received no service in August or a statement! I did receive service on Tuesday, September which should have been my compensation month When I received my October statement I also got September's statement that was not credited I did receive service on Monday, October October should have been covered with my August paymentAfter lining up new waste service I sent email on October that I was cancelling service and dumpster is emptyI called a few day's latter when I got no response to my emailThe owner said his wife doesn't check email's every dayHe also doesn't give free pickups and if a credit was applied it should have been on my September statementI told him I didn't get that statementHe was not nice on the phone as he was in July I received a statement crediting me for November sense the dumpster was picked up but still charging me for a month I should have been credited and two late fees of $eachI have attached all statements and emails for my claimI do work a lot of overtime so please be patient with me, but I will respond(Apr, May Jun statements 001)
