I would not recommend any one using DrArthur Katz of Munster Indiana I went to him to have ear wax removed and while there they also provided an auditory test
All of these procedures were done by his assistantsIt wasn't until I went into a 3rd office that I first observed DrKatz Instead of him examining my ear to make certain that all was well he vindicated that he wanted to deaden my nasal passage and do an Endoscopy
I told him NO!
His reply was that he didn't have to go down my nose for he had a rod in the seat of the examination chair which could enter my body but "I won't like the taste when it reached my mouth"
I felt his comment was very unprofessional, but I was really astonished when I received my medicare bill and observed where Dr Katz had fraudulently billed Medicare for $for the undone Endoscopy
I brought the matter to his attention but he denied my multiple complaints and collected over $from Medicate and wanted me to pay $
