The customer who filed the complaint emailed us back on March 12, after several communications back and forth, the customer accused us of sending him the wrong part however apon inspection we found that he actually ordered the wrong part. Even when given this information the
customer continued to insist that we change our return policy and send him a return label for a product he ordered incorrectly. I have attached the email string between us and the customer as well as a picture of the customers original order As we state in several of our emails, we are willing to take the part back and provide him with a refund, but per our policy that refund would be for the part and the part alone, no shipping will be refunded and no return label will be provided This customer realized he was in the wrong and is now trying to go a different avenue to get a full refund and return label for a item he ordered incorrectly.
