Beaston Camp Kennels

We moved to Iowa with our older black lab years ago in We found Beaston Camp Kennels For the first year the only issue we had was getting our dog with the right age group They would put on her tag she was yrs old when she (at the time) was yrs old We finally got that right, however Labor day weekend 2016, our dog stayed four nights When we picked her up, she had a bad, really bad ear infection We know our dog can get them, however, NO ONE called us, NO ONE found it till the day we picked her up After making multiple calls and speaking with different managers, we were getting a full credit to be used on our next visit They did offer to send us a check, but we did not want to leave Beaston, just make them aware that our dog needs special attention too We were told the person that was working is no longer working there as well as the manager Fast forward to Christmas 2016, we picked her up expecting our creditNOPE, no credit and our dog smelled so bad, I mean badThe urine smell was so overwhelming We called the next day, they offered to bathe her, however we already took care of thatso it was a mute point We wanted our credit Now we were speaking with yet a 3rd manager and according to the owners we would only get 20% off our next visit WHAT! We asked for the owner to contact us, Nope, never contacted us I will never take my dog to any of their kennels I will tell everyone I know about our experience and I have the paperwork and pictures to prove everything All we wanted is what was promised and it is not our fault the 2nd manager left their place of business My dog was traumatized by this experience I want others to know what our dog and we experienced We tried to work with them, but they did not want to give us what was promised

They would put on her tag she was 6 yrs old when she (at the time) was 11 yrs old. We finally got that right, however Labor day weekend 2016, our dog stayed four nights. When we picked her up, she had a bad, really bad ear infection. We know our dog can get them, however, NO ONE called us, NO ONE found it till the day we picked her up. After making multiple calls and speaking with 2 different managers, we were getting a full credit to be used on our next visit.
