I was referred Jeanot and Illes brothers and owner of he company. on 2/9/2020.Told them what I was told the issue
Was the inside blower, they checked and said yes. He told me it would be 500 dollars I said that was too much. So the said they wanted to help me and came back with the front half asking for 250 CASH with a 1 month warranty. In 1 day the ac was still freezing he said the coil is dirty and that would be 250 CASH so we agreed, I wrote a check for him to hold until the weekend. Within 24 hours the ac froze up again he advise me to shut it off. By then it was cool outside so about a week went by and ILLes came by to check why it's freezing he said it had no Freon. And would charge me 170 dollars. I told him I didn't have so he said 70 dollars for the Freon. I agree to pay Saturday which I did all in cash but they gave me a receipt. The total amount paid was 570.00 in CASH. I turned on AC still freezing
Up They both came out to say I need a new unit. So I called out so called professionals that got paid almost 1,000 then they are telling me all the good deeds they had done for others and it's not about the money. Well I can't tell they act like hey wanted to help it's 80 degrees out no ac at my house and they got 570 dollars by just calling out things to nickel and dime us. Imagine them doing that every day to 5 people. CROOKS aim sheep clothing. I ask them to give me half of the 570.00 back and we can call it done. I can use the money to buy a stand up AC to keep the house cool. I never heard from them. I got a call from a different number with Jeanot stating he want to help. I do not want these guys back on my property. This is a shame how they just showed up in a clean well coordinated outfit no dirty call out prices get paid and we still have a broken unit. We should not have pay over again to get a real ac company to fix our ac.

The Customer, *** Cole *** called due to AC not cooling. As soon as we got there and checked the AC we find that it was frozen with ice because the evaporator fan motor module was very bad. The coil was extremely dirty and not to mention that Ms. AC unit was very old and needed to be replaced.
We informed her of our finding and advised that she needed a new Unit. Ms. said she does not have money at the moment to replace the unit. We then explained to her that because the unit is extremely old, even if we were to fix her AC it would not last long and more problems would come because it is an old unit.
She agreed and understands there will be more problems if unit is not replaced. She said she didn't have money right now and ask how much it would cost to fix the immediate problem. We had found that the coil was dirty and fan motor module was bad, normally it was cost $850 to replace the whole motor. She asked that we fix the Fan Motor first because she didn't have money to pay for both. We informed her that if she does not get both done then we could not assist her because if we only fix the fan motor and not clean the Coil it would burn again.
Because Ms. said she did not have money to pay for the service we decided to replace the module on the fan motor for a discounted cost of $250 (reg. $320) and $250 for cleaning the Coil (Reg. $350) even after all of that the customer was informed that this was a temporary fix and that she needed to replace her unit. At this same time customer was given one month guarantee because we know the AC was not good at all and would not last. All this was explained to the customer. That was why we gave customer one month guarantee because when you try to fix an old air unit it always comes back with another problem.
Ms. call us back again several days later because her ac not working and freezing again. When we check it was low on Freon. We added Freon, got it to work and charged her $70 because that was not covered under our warranty. We only covered the part that we provided to her. We again reminded her that the Unit is very old and will continue to have other problems.
Several days later again she called and this time with different problem. The TXV unit went badly and at this time she was reminded to replace the unit because once the TXV is replace other issues will arise and that it would be better to replace the Unit. She keeps asking that we fix these issues as they come. She asked that we give her back $250 from what she had paid. At this time we explained to her that we had replaced the Module and clean the coil and added Freon and because of that she cannot get her money back, but if the problem was from what we fix then we would not have a problem refund back $250. We told her if she replaces the unit with us then we can get her a credit for $250.
The customer got upset and asked that we don't go back to her house. We have called her several times to help solve her problem, but when we get her on the phone she would say that she would call back and never does.
Our goal is to satisfy our customers and make them happy. We are still open to try to help her out if she is willing. We tried calling her several times but she never returns our calls.

Do. I do believe in Karma. My family and I had to suffer many
Nights due to the lies. Soon as they fix it doesn't even work 24 hours before I am calling then again. With the amount of expertise they have I should have been told from day one just replace the unit. That didn't happen. The unit was a 2009 Trans which is super expensive but the 570 we paid could have went for a down payment to replace. We have good credit and would not have had an issue with that. Our money was short my husband has to bury his aunt with no insurance we paid 5,000 in property taxes previously and over head expenses to satisfy so the ac outage came at the wrong time.
We did ask to hold our check but we paid in full in Cash that weekend. 570.00 is a lot to just give them. If they meant well he could have sent me the 250 by mail as a show of good faith and seeing our problem. So that whole story he wrote still doesn't show that he has the customer problem at heart. His pockets got lined that's all that matter. Doing that 5 days a week to a person per day they can become instant millionaires. I would like this closed but the rating and this should be public view. I still would like my 250.00 they can mail it to me. Thanks
