outcome/settlement for item 1. Instead of requiring installation of the new drip edge, as per our contract, I have decided to accept a fair and reasonable credit for this item. As of this date, I have received no formal offer of a dollar amount for the labor, materials and tool rental required to satisfy item 1. During this same discussion, Mr. Beattie also verbally agreed to install the correct size skylights (item 2), including the manufacturer's recommended drywall trim kit. I have nothing in writing, and since that time I have heard nothing from him. As you can imagine, I am concerned about getting this done before winter weather sets in. Thank you so much for your help. I will keep you updated of any progress.[redacted]
