I have been a long time customer of Beaty Chevrolet for years. And I love most of the people I have dealt with over the years. But besides minor hic-ups over the years my real problem started last year when I purchased a 2018 Camaro Zl1 1le, I was in a light rear end collision which required a lot of work to properly repair it. Needless to say what was a couple of week repair turned into a 6 month repair and they done my car 3 times to get it acceptable. Still not satisfied but I accepted it. Then since then the staff as a whole has acted differently towards me and my wife. We have a 2019 gmc Acadia which we had to trade because they could not fix the mold smell/ water not Dripping from bottom of the car. Then I go to have two tires replaced on my zl1 and they ignore me and tell me one thing and do another... Then I was told to not come back there because they are always a problem... Bull... I was the best customer ever before they screwed my car up and had to re do it multiple times.. You all would not want to see the pictures... They don't lie and none of this is mine or my wife's fault. So I highly recommend you not get yourself in this situation... My opinion Beaty Chevrolet doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! So Be Aware!

We want to first of all apologize that we were unable to make you happy. That is obviously never our intent. We would however like to thank you sincerely for letting us know so that we can try to avoid anything like this in the future.

Poor customer service. From the phone system to rude customer service personnel in the service department to no returned phone calls, I am done with Beaty Chevrolet. This last service experience has absolutely ticked me off. This all started with a normal transmission fluid change recommended by GM. After that I immediately began to have problems with my transmission. It was shifting really hard. Beaty Chevrolet replaced the torque converter under warranty, but failed to read the technical service bulletins published by GM. They should have also check the engine, including the fuel injectors which may have been the root cause to begin with. After 12,000 miles later the same problem came back up. I went back and forth with the service department and continually ask to speak to a service manager, who basically refused to call me back because he was too "busy". At one point the lady on the phone, Tammy, told me "just come pick your truck up because we're not fixing it." I have had bad customer service before, but not to the point where I felt obliged to let others know how rude and inconsiderate the personnel in the Service Department are at Beaty Chevrolet.
