Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and accept this resolution with grievances First, I am disappointed to find my complaint not published on your websiteI have invested HOURS of time to resolve an issue that was an internal issue of KP raising rates and not informing their staff across the board of the price hikeThe misinformed (non-informed) nursing staff I was forwarded to from the "Know Before you Go" team (KP's own promoted service to get quotes on procedures before you schedule them) on the BCT (breast care team) was not given the price hike information so advised me prior to surgery of a $charge for two servicesNow months later, KP wished to charge me a total of $for this quoted $service before I contacted Revdex.comThey would not help me, nor back down on their inflated pricing, nor would they support their quote despite their own staff verbally CONFIRMING in my presence to the cashier that she had quoted me $for services renderedKP continued to send bills they said were waived from my original complaint for months past their promised 6-weeks in their Revdex.com resolution and they actually added a THIRD bill several months AFTER the procedure that were never mentioned prior to my elective appointment NOR at the time of service, NOR in my initial bills send for the serviceI appreciate that I was finally absolved of all charges beyond my quote from their own "Know before you Go" staff, but I can't believe it took this many of hours of my precious time off, and that it took the involvement of the Revdex.com to get any assistance whatsoever from my provider which is also my insuranceI believe an APOLOGY is in order, as I cannot get back those hours it took me to release me from charges never mentioned prior to procedureTo charge almost DOUBLE what their own staff quoted for a service, then drag me through 'the mud' for nearly half a year is something worth PUBLISHING on your sitewouldn't you agree?? That being overcharged $is 'adequately charged'??'I also have ALREADY paid the $in question AT THE TIME OF SERVICEIncredible to have them spend so much time covering their bums with wordspeak in their response, rather than apologizing for all the inconvenience and time on my part for them overcharging me for the visitTo be told I still owe $shows complete disregard for details regarding their patients, and only concern for their own details that cover their bums on possible future complaints from myself or othersDisappointed, but accepted, [redacted]

This is in response to your request dated May 09, to MrHenry K*** of Kaiser Permanente regarding the above referenced matterPlease note it is not our business practice to send certified mail for each correspondence that we send our members.As requested, copies of delinquency notices since August sent to Mr*** are enclosedGiven that Mr*** made his payments after receiving our delinquency notices, we had no reason to believe that he did not receive our notices Therefore, we continue to take the position that our notices to Mr*** were properly sent and he was provided proper notification to prevent termination of his membership for 2016.We hope this has adequately addressed Mr***'s concerns

Re: ID # ***- Kaiser PermanenteI simply don’t know what to do in this caseI’m a nocturnal epileptic with seizures when waking having now to medicate myself, being cutoff by Kaiser when accounts got swapped, and now no access to medication, if neededLuckily my latest Adapter #to my *** ** (***) has turned out to be somewhat helpful in medicating myself; I don’t know how much farther this is going to go in successfully treating my seizure tolerance, but so far so good. My point being is I’m sure the day will come when a seizure will have to be pharmaceutically treated and I need to be prepared with something like Clonazepam or Lorazepam or something equally as horribleSo please do let me know how I can obtain these ‘usuals’, if you will, and I’d still be more than happy to ‘catch-up’ with Kaiser if they would be equally as fair and amicable.Thank you very much!** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
It’s hard to believe Kaiser would respond without proper
certified-mail proof of their claim they “provided appropriate notices” to meI know of no “appropriate notices” ever provided to me
I say it’s their responsibility to provide that notice in a certified manner so
it can be proven later when necessary; like now for example
Secondly, it’s hard to believe Kaiser actually responded
with they “are happy to respond to any questions or concerns Mr*** may have”
knowing full-well their phone numbers they refer are completely impossibly to
reach to the point of having to complain to the Revdex.comThese months of trying to
work with Kaiser have been totally futileThey show their futility in this
letter they responded to the Revdex.com by refusing to address the issues at hand and
simply repeating the date they terminated my insurance, December 31,
It is now the end of April, 2016, and Kaiser continues to
prove their futility by my reception only now of information on ***, an
alternative low-income health insurance, only because I sent a complaint to the
Revdex.comI just received the *** information in the mail the same day I
received this response to my Revdex.com complaint via emailIt appears actions speak
louder than words
Since this Revdex.com complaint, I have been able to find a new
and different source for my current anti-seizure, ***The difference
between Kaiser, over $300, and *** ***, $60, for the same amount is
remarkable to say the leastI’m in the process of finding new and different
health insurance overallI would like for Kaiser to let me know what it would
take to get back in with Kaiser, including cost, time, etc., and I will compare
with the others I’m working with

Imaging services she received". What does that mean? That being overcharged $138 is 'adequately charged'??'I also have ALREADY paid the $210 in question AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. Incredible to have them spend so much time covering their bums with wordspeak in their response, rather than apologizing for all the inconvenience and time on my part for them overcharging me for the visit. To be told I still owe $210 shows complete disregard for details regarding their patients, and only concern for their own details that cover their bums on possible future complaints from myself or others. Disappointed, but accepted,

KP continued to send bills they said were waived from my original complaint  for months past their promised 6-8 weeks in their Revdex.com resolution and they actually added a THIRD bill several months AFTER the procedure that were never mentioned prior to my elective appointment NOR at the time of service, NOR in my initial bills send for the service. I appreciate that I was finally absolved of all charges beyond my quote from their own "Know before you Go" staff, but I can't believe it took this many of hours of my precious time off, and that it took the involvement of the Revdex.com to get any assistance whatsoever from my provider which is also my insurance. What happened with the change of accounts exactly and how this particular payment did not get transferred properly is a mystery to this day, but to have Kaiser Permanente just cut me off as I continue to ail is incomprehensible. Shame is all they earn. How many other people have they cutoff? We’ll never know I’m sure.
