The patio work was okay However, the cleand customer care after I handed over the final payment was very disappointing Even my neighbor's were surprised at the mess they left behind in the streetAfter consecutive days of being told his guys were coming to clean the mess with no results, I addressed the concern with Joshua, the Owner He, seemingly frustrated with me, told me that he would take care of it the next morning so we could "part ways" He says he came by, but I see no evidence Also, the men put a retaining wall up and sloppily left smears of concrete all over it The concrete is still there even though we asked the owner to fix it This is no way to treat any customer, especially one spending >$6k Thanks

I had Beaty home improvement come out to put up a fence in back yard and they did a very good job They were polite, work was done in one dayI'd definitely recommend them for future jobs!!

A few weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment to have some work done today (Aug3)Two hours after my scheduled start time, I called to see why no one has shown upThere is a voicemail greeting saying they are out of the office until Monday and I cannot leave a message because the mailbox is fullIt's clear no one will come to do the work I scheduled weeks ago for today, my last day off for monthsI am very disappointed and frustrated by the bad communication

We had some storm damage after the recent high winds that tore some siding from our house The siding itself was damage and could not just be reattached, and I didn’t know exactly what product I needed, much less where to get it! Beaty Home Improvements came out in about a day, helped me figure out what I needed, and got my house looking brand new again Very pleased with the price, efficiency, professionalism, and of course the work Will absolutely use again!!

from the moment I got to her house I was respectful and professional
I believe *** is simply trying everything she can do not to
pay the small $dollars for the 2hrsextra labor it took to install the swingI did attempt to negotiate the final bill with her and stated a lesser price of $to show her I wasn't their to take her money I only wanted compensated for my timeShe dismissed me and said I will call you later she texted me the next day statingthese are her exact words : you have two choses I will give you $dollars and ill write a bad review and tell everyone how bad of a handy man you are or I you can just drop the fees and I won't write the review

this women is causing a lot of fuss for $dollars
and is attempting to damage my reputationthis is why I have filed paper work on the mechanics lien for the full balance for the hrs extra which was clearly written in the coupon she purchased for the big deal at angies listshe even admits in her complaint she owes the 2hrsof work and just doesn't want to pay
when I was finished she was happy about work I filled the holes as agreedthe job looks great I did an exalant jobshe wanted the swing centered and in order to do that I needed to locate ceiling trusts that where going in the opposite directionOn one side of swing bracket and it proved difficultI was truing not to make a mess of things and to bring thins to her attention as the project moved along letting her know my motivation behind my action on two occasions I found it to be in the best interest to purchase a stud finder because the studs where under aluminum soffiting which not removablethe stud finder was zero helpagain this job was agreed to be by the hourby my carefulness and a little luck I gave a really nice finished product the brackets are in different directions because to center the swing on porch we had to be in these studs and the switching directions of studs only aloud me to stay in that areaso all holes where covered.she was happy about jobuntil I asked for my fees then the name calling and slander which is all recorded in texti have no agenda except to be compensated for my work so I can pay my employees and support my family
