In regards to complaint filedYes the pool did turn greeninformed the customer that I preformed a TDS (total dissolved solids) test on the pool , The solids where at 4200ppm Max is 1500ppm this is what caused pool to turn greenTDS
increase was not caused by me, it happens naturally and there is no way to prevent itThe only way to treat high TDS is to drain the pool and add fresh waterThe customer was constantly behind on payments for my service and most of the money she send was to make up for back due monies owed for monthly serviceinstalled new pool vac in June and was told , till I removed pool vac in October payment was on the wayShe didn't receive $rebate from manufacture due to incomplete payment for pool vac installedManufacture requires a "paid in full" indices, and since it was not this is why no rebate was receivedwill reinstall when Full amount of $is paid in CASHAlso the rebate has endedSo there will be no $rebate coming from manufactureThis is 100% the customers fault for not paying for services on in a timely mannerPlease see invoice provided for payment history

First of all, his response regarding the manufacture rebate is untrueI was told by him that he had submitted all necessary paperwork to the manufacture and that the rebate would take 4-weeks to arriveSo, there is no possible scenario his statement could be truthfulWhen submitting for a manufacture rebate a receipt, bar code, and warranty card must all be submitted at the same timeSo, either he lied to me that he submitted for the manufacture rebate, and he's lying now.As far as my pool turning green, there'n no way it turned that fastBefore we rented our house out we took care of the pool maintenance and NEVER in years have we ever had the pool turn green as severe as it did under his careI did send a final payment and a complaint letter to himHe claims he never received it but at this point I don't trust him or anything he saysThe letter I sent, I told him that I would not pay for the month of July and the balance according to my records was $140, which was includedI have a copy of all payments made to himAll payments were made through my Bank using the bill pay methodMy bank sends check directly to himAccording to my records I have overpaid him by $This includes him not receiving my final payment of $which has not clear my bank and me not paying for services in JulyI do stand firm on non payment for July because I truly believe he wasn't providing quality care

I will not do business with himThe last two payments I made for $each was towards the pool vac and I did send a final payment of $with a letter stating I was unhappy with his services and would not pay for the month of JulyHe did trespass on my property which he didn't have a right to do since he was no longer servicing my pool

In response to the latest letter I receiver, I will not move off my position I We are not negotiating at house or a car saleI installed a pool cleaner in *** *** pool and was not paid for itThe cleaner was operating in her pool for months and is now devaluedI have spoken to my customer whom is the local DA, and was advised if I'm not PAID IN FULL they will assist me in putting a lean on Mrs*** property ,and fill a suite in smalls clams courtBoth of these action will cost Mrs*** more money when she loses her case in court
