last inquiry Mr, *** was contacted by me and was told his unit was ready for pick-up.He came on Friday 6-9-and I was out of town until 6-12-When My employee informed me there was a problem I placed a call to Mr, *** and he did not answerHe sent his e-mail to Revdex.com and I recieved a call later on in the afternoon on 6-12-from him returning my callI listened to his complaints and tried to make concessions for him for his trouble, He was not interested in anything I offered himHe was offered free winterization etc, I made no excuses for his inconvienceI accept that we made a mistake and have done all we can to make a mutual agreement.He was not accepting of our concessions.Please let me know how to proceed.Toby B***Service Manager###-###-####

the concessions offered are not accurately statedI told Greenlawn that there was nothing they could do now that I already endured the financial hardship and finally received my camperThey offered a winterization which I would have had to travel the hours to get done on their time schedule not mineA better concession would for them to have delivered my camper to me after I had traveled and it was not ready as they had reportedNow its too late maybe a discount on accessoriesAll I hear from this company is excuses as to why customer service is so bad
