Review: In the middle of february 2013. After walking, hitch hiking, and public transportation. I walked into BEACHUMS AUTO CENTER. Told him my story which lead me to come into his company of how I purchased a car prior and it was a lemon. I informed him I had two sons that both had chronic asthma and I needed a vehicle that was reailable to get them back and forth to doctor appts as well as work I do home healthcare and am a student a car is vital in my life. He reccomeded me a [redacted] which has been a nightmare. It came with a 90 day warrantey and boy did it have problem.First no AC.ERG value needed replaced twice. No heat..now NEEDS A ENGINE!!!!! The car worth is 3600 by the [redacted] in excellent condidtion. MY down payment was 3000 cash my goal was to make a large lump some so I wouldnt have many payments and I soon found out later that I had sign for 8300 in car payments. Thats double of whats the car is worth. He has had my vehicle for almost a month and has not done anything to resolve or fix this matter. I gave him the option of putting me in a new vehicle..or taking 8 months of which I drove and give me the balance to go somewhere else to get another vehicle. He constantly say the vehicel is not under warrantey anymore and that the bank own it but will not give me the bank information so I can personly speak with them hoping someone has a heart in this whole matter.Desired Settlement: I would love to get a replacement. Am walking my sons who have asthma to the bus stop each moring. Am bumming rides to work. Or I would jus like to be done with this I have spent over 5300$ on a vehicle that is only worth 3600 in excellent condition. I would take any money that he is willing to give me and be done with this company. He avoids talking to me excuse after excuse this has been one living nightmare everyday is a constant struggle for me to get to work to provide for my family.

Spoke with the business and the vehicle in the complaint had a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. This warranty was covered by the business and not a fee for the customer. This vehicle had almost 20,000 extra miles on it over the warranty. The business is currently fixing the valves that were damaged when the timing belt broke. The vehicle should be done by the end of the week and ready to go.
