Overall experience with the company has been positiveAll of the items purchased except one were delivered as described in a timely mannerI don't recall the website listing the last product as being on back order, but promptly upon completing the purchase I received an email informing me of the issueI have called numerous times over the course of the last weeks(staff has always been very polite and as helpful as I feel they could have been), without having an actual date of when they will be available to the company to shipI can't blame the company for not having a product to ship, but you can't help feeling slightly frustrated almost two months later and still no end in sight receiving the last itemI was given a date they should have received it in the first week in May and that was pushed back to the first week in JuneIt is now June with no end date set as of yetAll of this said, I still plan to purchase from this company, and I still would recommend themI would HIGHLY suggest and recommend buyers to contact the company before going through with a purchase to ensure the product is indeed in stock
