Beauclarc A. Thomas Associated Reviews (4)

Beauclarc A. Thomas (AKA) Thomas Beauclarc is a known criminal in his Native country Liberia. He has now migrated to the United States and continue in his criminal ways, this guy can not change. He needs to be arrested, prosecuted and taken off the streets.

I am rejecting this response because:MrThomas is not a sincere business manHe did not construct any foundation on my land; there were no materials on the siteThis is the last chance given MrThomasAm going to proceed further, it's going to cost MrThomas more than $dollarsAm done

This might be my last response on this forum as I have decided to prepare for thisI've attached a pdf (email communication) from ***The rest of the communication will be presented in person along with the stop order from the courtThe attached email is from *** and an excerpt is below:My project has reach a phase whereby I no longer need materials from youI have reasonably negotiated for whatever materials I may need going forward. Therefore I am requesting for a complete refund, minus: Incomplete foundation lay out - Partially casted The kitchen was not layout Closets were not layout additional pillars had to be install by my guys / not a single block was lay by your crew INCOMPLETE FOUNDATION LAY OUT - PARTIALLY CASTEDIf we didn't do any work but just dug the ground, then who did the partial casting? How can the foundation be incomplete but yet there was concrete casting?ADDITIONAL PILLARS HAD TO BE INSTALL BY MY GUYS / NOT A SINGLE BLOCK WAS LAY BY YOUR CREW-Again, if there were additional pillars needed, who installed the ones you saw? Although I disagree with your points, I am sharing this email to show the inconsistency of your claimBlocking laying was halted on my second tripThe blocks we had on site were removedI communicated with you whilst you're in Liberia and we began supplying the blocksPlease see the attached email where you said only blocks were delivered. How can you even say not a single work was done? Where are the blocks that were delivered to you? Any body can write a complaint but to openly falsify the truth to this level is just a completely unbecoming.I tried to work along with you and you felt you had the power to just write what you wantI am not defending myself but I will not allow you to just walk over us in this mannerYOU ARE NOT SPEAKING THE TRUTHThe work was stopped by a court order. The second owner of the land is *** *** who will be informed about this latest development

This is a false claim by [redacted]. I signed a contact with [redacted] to construct a three bedroom residence in Liberia, West Africa. I was put in contact with his brother upon arrival and the project started promptly. The foundation works (site clearing, excavation, column and wall footing). Within the...

third week of the project, another party attacked the site claiming ownership of the land. This group came with machete and other man made weapon to harm my workers if they insist on continuing the project. [redacted] brother, who is also a military personnel was present and aware, he decided to contact his brother to see how best he can fund a lawyer. I was in Liberia for a month at that time. I stayed an extra week, despite we were advised to leave because of the ebola epidemic, [redacted] and his brother could not resolve the problem. We had blocks, cement, sand and crushed rocks on site at the time. I came back to the USA and stayed for year. I was in contact with him, introduced him to my lawyer in Liberia to try to fight the case from here. Since the lawyer was not hired, he made some recommendations, on of which was to going to the court that issued to stop order and see if the order could be reversed since [redacted] claimed to have the original deed. That was not done. On my next trip, we mobilized the crew and one the very first day, the same group of men appeared along with local police. The work was stopped again. I called [redacted] from Liberia and informed him of the development but proposed to him of my willingness to speak with second would be land owner. He told me to go ahead. The other owner was contacted but was very furious and threatened to harm who ever will work on the site. [redacted] brother on the brother hand withdrew from the process. I came back to the USA, remained in contact with [redacted] until my third trip. Land issue the same. No order from court to continue work. I contacted [redacted]s beother and he told me he has handed everything to his brother ([redacted]) and infact he was out of town.[redacted] just made a trip to Liberia and continued the project without my knowledge. Interestinly, he used the exact foundation we built. He left out the truth in his complaint. I am prepared to fight this because he is hiding the truth. The land doesn't even belong to him, and we almost got killed because of this.
