The allegation made against our company is unlikely, as it is against our company policy to lift furniture, unless such request has been made by the client, at which time a waiver would be signed to remove any liability to us. Furthermore, we only adjust furniture under specific conditions: if it is safe, and if there are felt pads under the furniture to be sure to not damage the flooring, but again, we do not lift furniture without a waiver being signed.
It is not plausible that our company caused the damage. Nevertheless, you are stating on your complaint that we did, and you are claiming the repair was $100. To avoid any further inconveniences to us, we will send you the $100 for the repair to the broken tile that you claim we caused. I know that you are requesting a refund of $100.
