Dear ***,We apologize for the inconvenience you experience in our shopAs mentioned, we did try to help with the connection for the two TV’s fixed in the car as a favor for the dealership, but unfortunately we do not work with factory partsWe only work with aftermarket partsTo our

[The broken Tv din't happen end of November around the *** when I had it in there to get the TVs fixed because both TVs had no power going to them when I got the back it was broken and that when Valley Van employees explained to me that the TVs were factory and they couldn't fix itThe told me I had to bring it back to dealership to have fixed

Untrue. A bunch of lies. I called you and you NEVER Called back. I know exactly where MY van is sitting so why are you saying something untrueI am taking the time to write this all down because this all gets posted on line and I want everyone to know how deceitful and un-business like your company is. In fact, Nimbo told us that you said never to call your company again. You charged $plus for a device and sold us and installed an old outdated and for all I know USED device. UPDATE: RONNIE SPOKE TO *** IN REGARDS TO WHERE THE VEHICLE IS. WHEN HE GETS BACK WITH THE LOCATION OF THE VEHICLE, WE WILL COORDINATE WITH HIM THE NEXT STEPS IN REGARDS TO GETTING THE NIMBO TRACKING SYSYTEM REPLACED
