A per our conversation today, I would like to inform Revdex.com NYC that this customer complaint is not relevant! [redacted] was quoted all his co-payments prior to any services were rendered by email and verbally and he was not charged a higher rate! Also, [redacted] received all his bills for services and I received several phone calls from Aflac insurance to get his bills paid! [redacted] stated that I was abusive over the phone when HE threatened me and cursed me outI was very upset and was afraid because of the threats so I called and there is a police report ! ? *** I have received no communication from this business regarding how to rectify this problemI was told by the Medicaid Office & an Attorney that what they did was criminal, by charging my Medicaid Card & Credit Card, for the same basic service
