brand new just before [redacted]’s residency. A charge of $75.00 was billed to repair the gouges in the kitchen vinyl.  The vinyl was installed brand new just before [redacted]’s residency. A charge of $143.75 was billed to replace the vanity that was damaged by water. A charge of $281.25 was billed for painting but according to [redacted]’s letter, he is agreeing to pay for those damages. No pictures have been included. The lease indicates move out requirements and a ‘move out responsibilities’ checklist was provided to him at the time notice was given. I am rejecting this response because:First of all How can I believe that these are my stains, did they come for pre-investigation or did they show to me before replacing the whole carpet and we asked so many times to do pre-inspection but nobody came.Second, suppose If I assume that these are mine, do you feel that it can not be removed by doing Dry Cleaning. Third, Due to single very minute spot, you are replacing carpet of whole house. How much valid it is.Fourth, she is saying she put brand new vanity in bathroom before our moving there, We were not blind to say that which thing was new or old. Still if you have that one then show to Revdex.com guys then they can easily say how much old vanity you were installed in our apartment.Fifth, In last one year I never saw such spot on vanity of bathroom.When my wife called to them for lease breakage then they told somebody will come within a week for Pre-Moveout inspection to check everything and let you know estimate of replacing damages but nobody came and nobody gave us any estimate. We cleaned whole apartment properly and each section of it.Then How can I say these are my damages. This is not right wayRevdex.com, you can check our records from previous Apartment complexes where we lived we never faced such problem and we always paid our all dues when we left. But this is too much. I can't believe them. why they are doing so.
