The carpet we purchased has worn considerably and the pile is matted and the fibers broken We have followed the cleaning guidelines but the company won't replace the carpet They sent out a inspector who wrote a report saying the carpet was soiled The carpet was cleaned times in years and both the installer and carpet cleanses stated it is worn and not soiled The carpet Lyons mane is a poor product

Good Afternoon,
I am writing this to complain about the quality of my carpet that was installed Oct of 2011. I found a referral for [redacted] on my work online Bulletin Board at [redacted] I called him and he came out and showed me some carpet samples and said they were great quality along with padding. I decided on a tan frieze carpet. He said that he had connections in Dalton Georgia and would do the ordering and the install. I have been complaining to [redacted] Ward [redacted]@mindspring.com XXX-XXX-XXXX since 2013. The Carpet is completely warn down...flat..... and looks horrible and I live alone as my children are grown. It looks like 20 year old carpet. I continued to contact [redacted] and got very little response at all. He kept saying that he was not getting an answer from the distributer which he would not give me the contact information for. The installation is horrible as well. There are bubbles everywhere and places like my sliding glass doors and stairs where the carpet is actually torn away from the tacking strip. He did have someone come out and re-stretch it twice but looked the same in no time. He actually came out and took pictures of it twice and said he was going to contact your company but no one ever responded. When he came out and took pictures he totally agreed that the carpet was not right and looked so worn and was not in good shape at all. Since I have reached out to him many times to fix this issue as I could not be more frustrated, disgusted and disappointed with not only the quality of the carpet but the installation. I take pride in my house and am so embarrassed of the look of the carpet not to mention being ignored. I work for a large pharmaceutical company and if a customer isn't happy we do what we need to do to make them happy. Word of mouth can make or break a business no matter how small. Last week he finally said that you had not responded to him at all after I guess 3 years so gave me your contact information I have been asking for all that time. I am asking that the old carpet be trashed and new carpet be installed as I feel at this point this old carpet is not salvageable. I have been a homeowner for years and never had this issue with any carpet or flooring I have ever had installed. If I do not get a response and this does not get resolved to my liking I am at the point where I will take it to small claims court as I have the string of emails and text messages throughout the years as well as tons of pictures as well as Ron has tons of pictures of the horrific look of my carpet. I think it is a combo of the quality of carpet and the installation and the padding feels non-existent. You can't even tell there is padding under the carpet it is so bad ...and did I mention that I live alone and am very neat. I had a flooring guy come out to get his opinion and he couldn't believe it. He said the quality and the wear of the carpet was horrible and the installation and the bulges and the pieces coming up from the tact strip was an embarrassment to his field. He offered to be a witness in court if it comes to that. I will add just a few pictures but the whole house looks horrible....amazingly enough even the kids rooms which no one lives in. I am looking forward to a quick response and for this issue to be rectified as soon as possible. You can reach me at the below numbers.

Beaulieu American hired my company to feed 958 of their employees in their Bridgeport, Alabama and their Dalton, GA plant. I have never been paid, there is no timeline with which I will get paid, and now I am out 1,000's of dollars and have been lied to for over a month by this company. I could have fed my own child for 2.62 years for the meals that have been stolen from me as of today.
