I am the owner of the Beaulieu House at Cat Island.The customers who filed the complaint are one of a very small number of guests I entertain at my establishment who are unhappy staying at the BH.  Approximately 1 in 300 rooms will try to demand a full or partial refund, generally undeserved as with this couple.  I think these may be premeditated complaints.  Always with a threat of crucifying me on the internet.  Everyone in the business has these folks occasionally.They arrived.  Asked for special breakfast items.  Opened all windows and door in their room.  Never told inn sitter of problem ( Temp is kept between 74 and 76.) Several times they Invaded my kitchen and refrigerator and raided the inn sitters personal food items.  [redacted] demanded bottled water when my home has a $4,500.00 water purification system.  Inn sitter, trying to be helpful ran to store and bought water out of her own money for the guests.The 2nd morning the inn sitter and other guest couple entered kitchen at 7:00 to find [redacted] and [redacted] in front of coffee pot and toaster with both going.  The aroma of coffee and toast had brought the inn sitter to the kitchen.  She normally starts makes coffee and starts breakfast at 7:30.  The couple had used the bread knife and cut the bread in a pewter bread plate that I use as a serving dish.  In doing so she deeply grooved the pewter dish doing irreparable damage.  I will be charging them also for the pewter dish. They had eaten the egg white omelet they specifically ordered the day before.  They didn't eat the scrambled eggs they ordered the second morning. They were impossible to please.  As they left they detailed a list of complaints they had and then asked for a refund.  They  never mentioned any problems  when she could have checked the room temperature. A B&B is a private home without motel AC units in the wall.  The other couples later said that their rooms were the perfect temperature.   This couple was the couple from Hell.  [redacted] flatly denied on the phone that they had made toast, coffee, repeatedly gouged my pewter dish or been in my refrigerator.  They then placed two lengthy vicious, mean spirited reviews on every travel website available, including the Revdex.com. They will not be getting a refund.    Upon their departure I had a dead bolt lock put on my kitchen door.  The next [redacted] and [redacted] will not have access to my kitchen.[redacted], Owner, Beaulieu House at Cat Island
