I am years old and went to have dental work doneDentist [redacted] / [redacted] charged me $to give me bridges, well they filed my teeth down and I am having a hard time eating, then when I go to office to get work done..I am told the office was sold and new dentist will be in on Friday and to come back, then I am told that new dentist will NOT Honor or finish my dental work!! Because other dentist already paid!! Old denist [redacted] / [redacted] sent me a check for $That is a worthless piece of paper that cannot be cashed!! Now I must find another dentist and pay another $10,000.+ to get my teeth fixed! I am in pain and have a very hard time eating and do not like to go out in public with all my teeth filed to nothing!!!

Upper plate made incorrectly and acknowledge by the dental tech due to a change in labs, it is not lined or fitted correctly Suzanne, the tech, agreed and suggested to speak to the dentist for a refit After several calls in the past two weeks, no return call ever occurred or acknowledgment of a problem Insurance paid in addition to my out of pocket expense of $ This dental group has been paid in full and I have an upper plate that I cannot use
At this point, I prefer my money refunded or a new plate A single return call back would have avoided this complaint Being told someone would return my call 5+ times has given me no choice in this matter I have also contacted my insurance company for further steps
