This place is terrible DO NOT live hereThe apartments are nice but the rates are outrageousWhen you go into the clubhouse there is one person to assist you with your needs if you are lucky anyone is there at allAlso it is hard to keep with whom you may ask for when needing assistance since it seems the turnover rate of the staff is quite highIf you ever are wanting to get a hold of management good luck, because they are rarely in the office or availableAlso be aware of kids constantly running around and playing in the driveway areas and parking lotsThese children seem to have to no regard for moving vehicles and at most times if not all are left unattendedFinally, please read carefully your leasing termsEven if you pay your last month's full rent but move out early, they will still charge you for any utilities used once you have vacated until lease endIf you have set the services to be taken out of your name they will send you a bill for the remainderThough it is in the lease agreement, my complaint with this issue is once keys have been remitted who is to say maintenance and/or cleaning staff haven't come in to the get the place cleaned up early running up a higher than electrical or water usage bill
