Today, while transporting freight, my truck started losing powerA service mechanic identified the problem as an improperly installed fuel filterI called Beaumont Freightliner to inform the service department about this issueI left a detailed message and requested a return phone callI have
not received a call backI will return to the service department tomorrow or Friday

As per phone conversation with [redacted]: We are working with the consumer to resolve this issue.  The consumer is actively involved with the process.
