This is in response to the complaint that was filed against us, the ID for this file is 11715293. I do sympathize with the situation that Ms***-*** is in, but I do feel that our company handled the situation in a timely manner. We were notified on August 16, that Ms
*** wanted a new patient application for her son. The application was sent to her on that day. Ms*** sent the application back to us on August 17, 2016. After we receive the applications, we start the new patient process. We send information to the doctors and we also verify the insurance. Upon doing the insurance verification, we saw that the patient has a Managed Medicaid that we are not providers for. Our new patient coordinator tried several time to call Ms*** to let her know that we do not take her insurance. We were not able to reach her by phone. On August 24, 2016, we contacted her by email and let her know that we would not be able to schedule her son for an appointment due to us not being providers for her insurance. The whole process took one week. Again, I am very sorry for her situation, but I do not believe that we did anything wrong Thank you,*** ***Business Office Manager
