This guy really has a lot of time on his hand, he is just wasting mine and value customers leading them in an uneducated directionHe has only been in busy since and by his whining to anyone who listen is sadWhat he left out was he
called and asked me if we worked on Macs I said yes, then then asked if we were certified, I said no he said and I quote "forget it and hung up" then later that day he turned me into Rolla net for stating that "I would not someone work on my personal electronics in there house, if they can't afford a business location that it's a big risk! Well that hurt his feelings, so I emailed him to not call me again and wasting my time as I explained in the email we work on Mac all the time when there out of warranty, but again he did not listen! From my expertise and experience doing tech work for over years home based techs are a fly by night business, not paying sales tax our income tax and potentially stealing your information, find a company that takes pride in there business to have a location and a benefit to there community, and the only thing I am sorry for is having to waste my time dealing with losers
