foreign person answered “Hello.”They did not say “beautance, can I help you?”They gave me an address to send the package back to and told me I would receive a refund once they received itThe package will be picked up by *** tomorrow, Dec ***I would like to keep this complaint open until I actually receive my refundI do not trust this company and since my purchase, have read many negative reviews, many the same as my ownOne complaint I read claimed that she purchased a breast pump from *** and received a USED pump that still had milk in the tubes! This company needs to be looked into SERIOUSLY for selling used products and reselling them in CONTAMINATED condition! PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE MY MESSAGE.

My mother-in-law, *** ***, made the purchase for me as a gift The order is in her name I remain dissatisfied because, contrary to the business's assertion that it would have resolved the issue in "1-2-3" had I simply called or emailed, I emailed NUMEROUS times and was given no response The business responded initially with instructions for an exchange, but ceased all contact when I informed it that I wanted a refund I made it clear that a refund would need to be issued to the purchaser as the toothbrush was a gift The length of time it took the business to issue the response to this complaint is indicative of their delinquent and delayed response to the issue in general I have been informed by my MIL that a refund was finally posted, but I remain uncertain as to whether the return shipping cost was also credited to her account, as it should have been
