Beauticians on the Go, PLLC Reviews (9)

Having lived in Phoenix for over years, it has been a challenge to find a salon to meet my high standardsSeven months ago I started going to Beauticians On The GoWhat I found was a professional team of stylists that aimed to please their customers in a caring and friendly manner! My hair is not easy to manage, style or color and this was not a problem they couldn't handleI have been thrilled with the results each and every time I have used their servicesThe cost for the many different services they offer is more than fairI highly recommend Beauticians On The Go to anyone who appreciates attention to detail and personalization!

I got a called from *** requesting, hair color, highlights and a cut. I ask her to send me a picture to see how her hair looks. She agreed. I received the picture and she had about 4-colors, I called *** back and told her she had different
colors and needed a retouch, I explained that she needed more of a corrective color if she is wanting everything to blendShe said, I just want highlights and a cut. I told her that I can try to match the highlights to the lightest color she had on her hair. I requested a 50% non-refundable deposit to block the day for the appointment. She agreed to pay $95. The total I charge was $this included bang trim that she requested for her daughter. I told we needed a hour gap to drive to her. The appointment was 10:I arrived at 12:30. I called the client and told her I was on my way. We talked about the toners one more time I brought different colors for her to choose from. she selected one that had gold tones and I told her that it was going to look gold so we used 9n Red ken toner neutral. After highlights were done we proceeded with a cut. She agreed to do long layers. She said she had layer on her hair. I told her I did not see any layers and ask her where did she wanted her first layer to be and I pointed and touch the back and said there, she agreed I blow-dry her hair and we both went to the mirror in her bathroom and I showed the back and I said you like it? She said yes. She paid me for the other half of the services in cash with a tip. I thank her and left
I get a text from her very happy stating that her daughter said she looked very young!. I was happy to hear that. I then said, I wish we would have color your hair that way your hair would look more blended because I could see still some of her dark roots since she did not want any color only highlights. I said, maybe next time we should ad color and she said it looks good I like it. I said okay. Then conversation ended. Then I get a text the following day stating that her hair looked yellow and wanted to know what I can do. I told her I can use another toner to see if it helps toning the hair and that that is a different service and will charge her only $dollars. I told her I did not have that toner and that the beauty supply store was far and I was already booked that day and the following day. I told her I can drive to her house Friday to do the services. I did not get a response from her until the following day saying her husband did not wanted her to spend $to tone the hair. I said okay
We will not refund the customer funds. The services were done we provided consultation and explain to her the process. We talk about the colors she had on her hair from previews services. We told her that she will still see the red, brown, orange gold and yellow colors and she understood. We told her we will try to match her hair as much as we can. She understood. She paid and like the services and paid with tip

I reviewed ***'s complaint. I am very disappointed on how *** has been putting complaints in different sites to damage our business reputation. She is lying on how we did the services. I consulted her and looked at her hair and told her she had many orange and yellow brassy colors on her hair and needed a corrective color. I did explain it was going to be expensive because she has lots of hair and is very long. It is a long process. I explain it can take hours or more. She said she rather just do the highlights because she said she did not have the money and was in a budget. I told her she had dark roots and also needed a color. And she denied getting her roots done. She only wanted highlights. I explain to *** that we tone the hair after we bleach it. To make it blend with the rest of her hairSince she had all kinds of colors and she agreed. I showed her our swatch book that shows different pieces of hair of color to tone and she selected one and agreed to go that color. I perform the services. I highlighted her hair. I did partial highlights and waited until it process. Then, I rinse the hair and applied the toner she selected. I blow dry the hair and showed her the color. She liked it a lot and tipped me for the services. ***’s goal at the time was to even all the colors she had. ***, call me the next day and ask me how much I would charge her to put a platinum color toner, I told her that I did not had that color available and that I would have to drive far miles to buy it, then drive miles to her house to do the services. I told her it would be $50.00. She then said she was going to get back to me. I got a text from ***, two days after stating her husband did not wanted to give her money. I said ok. Now, I am confused? *** said on her first complaint that she went to a beauty salon and that they offer to tone her hair for free? And that when they were done it looked great? Now, she is asking for money to fix her hair? And to top it off our business advisor informed us that Mrs. *** is putting bad reviews in different social sites. Our business consultant is advising us to have *** remove all negative reviews from those sites. After we verified all complaints have been removed we will reconsider in giving her 50% of the services
I have attached our company policy regarding refunds. *** was explain of our mobile policy services prior to scheduling her services.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] was contacted the next day, I didnt want to hurt her feelings by telling her I did not like my hair the day she was at my home. My eight year old said I looked younger, but my mom, dad, brother, husband & usual stylist all told me it was yellow/orange and choppy. Upon contacting her she seemed upset & like she didnt want to deal with my issue. Mrs. [redacted] informed me I would have to pay for services again, I told her it was not in my budget after spending $190 dollars & asked her what I can do the fix the color of my hair & at least get it to be more blonde, she then told me it would be $50 for a toner that would pull more blonde. Any hair stylist I've come in contact with would fix the issue without recharging. Thats standard in the beauty industry from what I understand. I asked for a trim & Highlights theres no sign of highlights in my hair I didnt want an all over color & told her when they do highlights in foil with hair bleach my stylist do not usually use a toner. My hair was cut choppy in the back, please veiw the picture she provided. Shorter layers rather then long & I have to pay another hair stylist to redo my highlights now. In my 14 years of having my hair done ive never had an issue like this. I'd expect my hair fixed or a refund enough to get my hair highlighted as orginally requested. I have attached pictures of my length of my hair before, and one of the length after along with a picture showing how there's no highlights & I've attached a photo of what highlights look like to clarify. I just wish to fix my hair, we have family photos comming up this is the reason I wanted to do my hair & now I want to keep my haor in a hat. I've never been so dissapointed. Next time I will read the Revdex.com complaints seeing as she already had some.
