From: summer p***< [redacted] >Date: Mon, Nov 28, at 3:PMSubject: ID: [redacted] To: " [redacted] " < [redacted] >Beautiful AdditionsPo Box ***Whitehall Pa 18052Id: [redacted] Good afternoon This email is in response to the complaint from [redacted] [redacted] did pay for a certification class that was rescheduled to Sunday April 26, [redacted] was not able to attend and instead of a refund she asked that her kit be left at the school.I sent a message letting her know I left her kit at the school and some of the hair from the kit will be given to her the day of the class.I was going to call her when we had a class scheduled in her areaOn June 14, I told [redacted] I would be in Charlotte NC for demonstrations and would be returning in a few weeks for classes.On July 21, I sent [redacted] a message stating the class would be in Durham the week of July 21, but I needed to check the exact location of the class with the regional educatorAt that point the class was cancelled because the educator who was training was not able to do the classes.A class was then scheduled for September 19, and I thought a message was sent to [redacted] about the class but she said she did not receive it so she could not attend the class because she had to work.At that point she asked for a refundA pre paid box was sent to [redacted] on September 28, so that she can send the kit back and receive a refund.At that point [redacted] was not comfortable sending the kit back because she felt she would not receive a refund.I explained to her the only way to receive a refund would be to send the package back[redacted] claimed she sent the kit back 11/19/for her full refund Once we receive the package [redacted] will receive a full refundAlthough she did say the company was horrible and that she will announce it to all schools and on social media we still offered her a free class in her areaThanks,Summer P***Director of education###-###-#### ext#
