occasions and is disputing $70.00 is the amount she is requesting be returned. Even after she stated before leaving the salon the she loved her hair and we attempted to fix what she her mom didn't like. As shop owner/operator of Beautiful Braids by Tonia, I am extremely regretful for [redacted] unsatisfactory visits to my shop. We have absolutely no problem returning the disputed amount of $70.00 and a heartfelt apology to [redacted].. Here at Beautiful Braids by Tonia we want only happy and completely satisfied customers.
