Beautiful Brides

This company has terrible customer service and does not stand behind the quality of their dresses. I purchased a formal dress in the store, brought it home and tried it on for my husband. He zipped up the back and immediately the zipper split down the middle...I had owned the dress for 6 hours. I immediately called the store that evening and the following morning and left messages at both of their locations. I got no call back from the manager (who I purchased the dress from) that day or the following morning so I stopped into the store. She said she would do nothing in terms of refund, store credit, exchange for a different dress or fix the poorly manufactured dress I now owned. This was the worst customer service I have ever received from a clothing establishment! Clearly, they do not make quality garments or they just don't stand behind the faulty ones. I would not and will not be purchasing any dresses from Beautiful Brides in the future. The manager knew I was a military spouse and that the dress was for a military event and did nothing to amend the situation.
