My experience with company was very good from start to finish. The staff was very professional and ask the right questions before providing a quote. Once on site the guy did an outstanding job and a superb clean up. I am very satisfied on every level and highly recommend this company if you are in the market for this type of job.

I first used Beutiful Finishes, Inc. to refinish two bathtubs in a rental unit. I waited a few years, tubs still looked great so I had them refinish a tub in my home. I am very happy wiith the work would recommend them to a friend or family member.

Review: My complaint involves both a customer service issue and a repair issue.[redacted] from Beautiful Finishes LLC polished 2 bathroom sinks in my condo in March 2015.The upstairs sink turned out okay but the downstairs sink was damaged while beingpolished. [redacted] said that he could come back and fix it for another $100.I told him that this would not be acceptable. He said okay there was something he coulddo that day to repair the damage. I asked if it would hold up and he said yes he does these repairs all the time and it would be unnoticeable. He proceeded to lock himself in the bathroomand supposedly fix the mistake. It looked alright when he finished except there was a couple of bubbles. I said that I would accept his work as long as it held up. I paid him $340.The repair did not hold up and the sink now looks worse than before he polished it.The next part of my complaint has to do with poor customer service.I called [redacted] in July and told him of the problem. He said he would check hisschedule for when he would be in Waukesha and take a look at the sink. From that point onI have had great difficulty getting a hold of him. I sent him emails and phone messages.Finally my husband called him on his cell phone which is a different phone number than mine and 2 dayslater [redacted] returned his phone call. [redacted] made excuse after excuse why the sink was damaged and why he did not return phone calls and emails. I told him because he damaged the sink it needed to be replaced and I wanted a full refund of $340. He hung up on me. My complaint involves a damaged sink, emails not returned, phone messages not returned, no return inspection of the problem, being hung up on and all this cost me $340.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $340 as a new sink will need to be purchased and installed.
