needed. They were unable to keep that appointment because of an injured employee. When the business called the customer to let her know this. The customer was not satisfied with that information and due to the customer’s behavior over the phone the business declined to do additional work for this customer because he is not comfortable having his employees in this home. This work is not under warranty the customer’s floors cracked after the installation.

I want to reiterate that we have tried to have these damages repaired by Mr. G[redacted] since July 2016 - at that time per the attached receipt signed by Mr. G[redacted] in the zip file attached the work was only 18 months old. Mr. G[redacted] promised from July to October to take care of the repairs but never did and while this was frustrating to me when he failed to keep his promise for the 5th time - at no time was I ever threatening to Mr. G[redacted] nor his employees. I want to be clear that when I spoke to Mr. G[redacted] in October that I spoke from my Suite at work at the [redacted] that I share with 4 other people and at no time was my behavior in front of them and directed to Mr. G[redacted] anything that would lead him to his alleged concerns in his comments. I have included a picture of our home in the zip file and you will see it is a maintained and safe area - to add to that a Sherriff's deputy is and has been our neighbor for 17 years and I am sure if asked can attest that we are peaceful people and so is the neighborhood - further more I want to remind Mr. G[redacted] that I am 4 foot 10 and weigh 90 pounds so exactly what is making him feel uncomfortable about correcting the substandard work in our home? I have attached pictures taken today, November 19, you can see the kitchen and bathroom are well maintained and so are the floors with the exception of the damages which are pictured and numbered. I disagree with Mr. G[redacted] - his company's installation failed to produce his promise to us - beautiful floors that would last a lifetime. Please let me know what are my next steps with the Revdex.com in getting the repairs to the floors at Mr. G[redacted]'s expense and or additional agencies that may help with consumer affairs. Today I will contact my bank since I paid by credit card to see if any portion of the credit card act will assist us as well. I hope that Mr. G[redacted] will consider honoring the integrity statement he made to us when he sold us on the very expensive job which we paid to him in good faith.
